We have a permitted Mississippi disposal well we use with zero plugging liabilities. There are several wells that need a little TLC to put back into production. Some are injection wells that can be utilized should doing a water flood be of interest! The lease would certainly make a lot of oil if the water was going back into the formation. Another 80 acres is available next door for drilling. This will go fast as no reasonable offer will be refused.

Coal field:

6000 plus acres of 7 ft. coal which has been drilled and sampled with a dip of 20 ft. per mile. Area to be stripped would be higher elevations with access to paved roads and consists of timber lands and sparsely settled and owned by timber interests and small owners with timber interests. No fault areas are present in this area. Contours are 20 ft. intervals and not extreme. Considering the purchase price and stripping costs at 15.00 ton can furnish coal to the power plant at $50.00 per ton. This product is low Sulphur and meets all chemical requirements to satisfy standards in industry. At 10,000 tons per acre investment can be returned in a short period of time with smaller production quotas.
